Here are the procedures for recruiting for the build team.
Finding a Potential
When finding a potential, here's what you need to do.
If you find a building, script, etc. that gives you a "WOW" feeling, the person might be a potential. If it's a building, look for amazing details in it. If it's a script, look for something that sets the script apart from everyone else's. If it's a tera-form look for smooth terrain that flows and is unique. Find the good but unique things!
Taking in a potential
If the person's creation was deemed good enough to tryout here's what you do next.
Send the gamertag and type of creation to me, Tm Kawika. Next time I host a tryout the person will be allowed to participate if they want. A standard recommendation should look something like this,

[SirMrChris] Script - scripted a magic spell to use on doors.
[Tempers] Building - Created a giant bagel shaped tower.
I will host a tryout for the players, and if they make it in I will set them to a team.
